This policy describes how Inklogical – Comércio, Serviços e Equipamentos de Office, Lda. handles the personal data provided by the user when he/she uses the patchnco.pt website, in accordance with the rules of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data) and Law No. 58/2019 of 8 August.

1. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCESSING  MY PERSONAL DATA?

The entity responsible for processing the personal data made available on the patchnco.pt online store (“Loja”) is the company Inklogical – Comércio, Serviços e Equipamentos de Office, Lda., headquartered at Alameda Alto da Barra, Bloco E, 15 – 2780 -180 Oeiras, registered at the Commercial Registry Office of Cascais, under the unique registration and tax number 507233611, which operates in the market under the registered trademark , as Patch & Co.

2. WHAT PERSONAL DATA CAN PATCH & CO. TREAT?

The personal data we refer to in this privacy policy is information relating to you, which allows us to identify you directly or indirectly. This data may include, for example, your name, address, tax identification number, email, your purchases and interactions you have with our Store.

Apart from the data you provide us, we may also receive data from you from other companies, collected under service contracts, such as payment services.

PURCHASES

When you buy one of the products available in the Store, you will have to provide us with the necessary data for the sale: name, surname, email address, shipping address, tax number (optional), name and surname or company name for purposes billing address (optional, to be filled in if different from the delivery contacts), billing address (if different from the delivery contacts), telephone number and postal code.

We use this data to process your order, issue the invoice, deliver the products to you and respond to any requests for support after the sale. The legal basis for the treatment of this data is the purchase and sale contract that we celebrate with you.

 

ACCOUNT

To buy at our Store, you must register as a customer, fill the fields in the forms with the information indicated as mandatory and set an access password. The customer account can be created at any time until the final fase of the order.
In your account´s dashboard, you can see the orders you’ve placed, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your account details and password.

The data indicated in the previous point will be saved and used to automatically fill out the checkout form for future orders and to give you access to features such as the history of orders placed in the Store, updating your personal information and changing your access password.

The legal basis for the treatment of this data is our Store’s legitimate interest in meeting the needs and expectations of its customers, in order to improve their browsing experience in the Store and facilitate the purchase and after-sales support processes.

NEWSLETTER

When you subscribe to the newsletter on the website, we include your e-mail address in the newsletter’s subscribers list, so that we can send you information about products, news and promotions available on the Store.

Following your subscription, you will receive a message from us confirming that you have subscribed to the newsletter.

The legal basis for the treatment of this data is the consent you give us when you confirm that you want to receive the newsletter by email.

The newsletters we send you contain a tracking pixel. This pixel is a small graphic inserted in the file, which gives us indications about the opening of newsletters and the links that may have been included and helps us to optimize the sending of newsletters and to identify the contents that most interest our customers.

Your consent can be withdrawn at any time and with no cost by clicking on the link shown at the bottom of the newsletter. If you do, your email will automatically be deleted from the recipient list and you will no longer receive the newsletter.

When you send us a message using the contact form available on the “Contacts” page,  requesting  for example, information about our products, we store your name, email address, telephone number, subject and content of your message on our server. message.

3. DURING HOW LONG WILL PATCH & CO. KEEP MY PERSONAL DATA?

The most relevant deadlines are as follows:

Purchases – We will process your data for as long as necessary to manage the purchase of the products or services you have purchased, including any returns, complaints associated with the purchase of the product or the provision of support services under the warranty, for a period of 2 years. The data necessary to comply with legal obligations, such as billing data, will be kept for the period required by law, which is 10 years.

Account – We will process your data for as long as you remain a registered user, that is, until you decide to cancel your account.

Newsletter – Your data will be kept in a recipients database until you communicate that you no longer want to receive it.

Contact form – We will process your data for as long as necessary to respond to your request. These data will then be archived together with the documents relating to the purchase you make or, if there is no order, will be deleted after 6 months.

We store the data we obtain in encrypted databases and make periodic backups to reduce the possibility of information loss in case of system failure. The hosting server also has a standard firewall and protection system for web hosting;

We monitor access to the website to detect and prevent unauthorized access. The platform we use is protected with a security module that limits and blocks unauthorized access attempts and analyzes and blocks malware attacks;

The number of people with access to your data is restricted and limited to the purposes indicated above;
