Exchanges and Returns:

Patch & Co ensures total security on all purchases made in our online store. We use secure payment systems from credible financial entities, EASYPAY. All data such as bank information, personnel, etc. is confidential.

DELIVERY TIMES:

2 to 4 working days in Mainland Portugal.

4 to 8 working days to Madeira and Azores Islands.

2 to 5 working days to mainland Spain.

CAN YOU EXCHANGE OR RETURN PURCHASED ITEMS?

Yes, if you have received an order and you are not satisfied with any of the items, you can always request the return within a maximum of 14 days from the date of the receipt. The return charges are the consumer’s responsibility  and the refund will be made within a maximum of 7 days after reception of the product at our address.

We only accept exchanges within 14 days from the date of the receipt.

We only accept exchanges of equal or greater value of the initially purchased item sold to Portugal.

For items sold outside Portugal we only accept their return within a maximum of 14 days after the date of receipt.

In special or personalized Orders we do not accept exchanges or returns.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

– The item must be intact and without any mark, dirt or damage;

– The customer will have to return the item along with its packaging and invoice;

– Send us an email to geral@patchnco.pt informing us of the intention of return or exchange;

– Once received the item, it will be inspected thoroughly and we will send an email informing the acceptance of the return or exchange.
